What is the ruling of Sharia on three divorces issued by a man to his wife, two of which occurred in a state of extreme anger and a third in a state of anger accompanied by an attempt to avoid divorce, knowing that they have seven children?

If a husband predicates his wife's divorce on an action to be performed at a specific time, and the wife fails to perform that action due to reasons other than forgetfulness or compulsion, then, according to the majority of scholars, the divorce occurs. As for the two divorces that occurred in anger: if the anger was so severe as to cause loss of consciousness, then neither of them takes effect, and only the first divorce is binding, and the husband may reconcile with his wife before her waiting period ends. However, if the husband was aware and conscious at the time of the last two divorces, then his wife is forbidden to him and she will not become lawful for him until she marries another husband, consummates the marriage with him, and then he divorces her. It is advisable to consult the Sharia courts.
