Maintaining kinship ties (Silat al-Rahim) is among the greatest acts of worship. Therefore, be patient with the harm and shortcomings of your relatives. Remember the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If you are as you have said, then it is as if you are feeding them hot ashes, and there will always be a supporter from Allah with you against them as long as you continue to do that."

If your parents or one of them are among your relatives, then the maintenance of kinship ties becomes even more emphasized and an absolute obligation. Advise your husband to be patient and forgiving towards your family.

Regarding the apartment, if it is your property, then it is not permissible to evict you from it. However, if it belongs to them, then they have the right to accommodate whomever they wish in it.
