Is a daughter sinful for supplicating against her mother due to her hurtful behavior and her performance of prayers and her relationships with neighbors?

Filial piety is obligatory, even if the parents are disobedient. Therefore, the daughter must honor her mother, treat her kindly, and try to advise her gently. If the mother does not accept the advice, the daughter should limit herself to supplicating for her righteousness. The daughter must repent from scolding her mother, because that is an act of disobedience. It is not permissible to dispose of the mother's money without her consent. The mother must fear Allah, maintain prayer, and refrain from harming neighbors, for abandoning prayer and harming a neighbor are causes for entering Hellfire.
