It is not permissible to provide false or forged data, as it involves lying, false witness, and unlawful consumption of public funds. One must repent from this, and if it is not possible to stop it within the same job, then one must leave it. The employer must also be advised to return these funds to the state. If he does not comply, the authorities must be informed of what has transpired. And recall the words of Allah Almighty: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
