What is the destiny of the relationship between a man and his beloved woman whom he did not marry in this world, after death, and is it permissible for him to marry four women in the afterlife?

Congratulations on being blessed by Allah to guide someone to Islam; this is a great good. Whoever Allah blesses with Paradise will enter it and be given everything they desire, as Allah Almighty says: "And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what]眼睛 delight in, and you will abide therein eternally" (Al-Zukhruf: 71), and He Almighty says: "No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do" (As-Sajdah: 17).

There is no impediment to a person marrying someone they loved in this world, or to a man marrying more than four women in Paradise. It has been reported that a martyr will have seventy-two wives from the wide-eyed houris, and that is the least that will be given.

As for torment or bliss, both affect the body and the soul together, not just the soul, as indicated by authentic hadiths describing the torment and bliss of the grave. One should focus on serious and beneficial matters, gain deep understanding of the religion, and distance themselves from worldly pleasures and desires.
