What is the ruling on a woman whose husband has died and who is observing her waiting period (iddah) applying olive oil and sesame oil to her hair?

If olive oil or sesame oil is free of any fragrance, then there is no harm for a woman observing iddah (waiting period) after her husband's death in using it. We have indeed favored the view of the Malikis and Hanbalis, who permit the use of fragrance-free oil for a woman observing iddah.
