Is an employee rewarded for treating his parents through his company's insurance?

You will be rewarded for treating your parents at your employer's expense, as long as you are the cause of it, because treating them is a form of righteousness and kindness towards them. What you offer to your parents or what reaches them through your efforts is among the greatest acts of proximity to Allah Almighty if your intention is sincere, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "My servant does not draw near to Me with anything more beloved to Me than what I have obligated upon him." And kindness to parents is among the greatest things Allah has obligated upon His servants.
