Is it permissible to perform Umrah without adhering to the hijab, and is the Umrah valid if the hijab is removed after performing it?

The 'Umrah in Ramadan has immense virtue and is equivalent to Hajj. Non-adherence to the hijab after 'Umrah does not invalidate it if it was performed correctly. However, the intention not to adhere to it after 'Umrah is considered persistence in the sin of tabarruj (immodest display). Persistence in sin before and during an act of worship diminishes its reward. A Muslim woman must sincerely repent from tabarruj and promptly adopt the hijab and remain steadfast in it.
