Will deceased Muslim children be birds in Paradise?

Respected Muslim scholars have unanimously agreed that deceased Muslim children are among the people of Paradise, based on the hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), in which the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said about a deceased boy that he was "a sparrow among the sparrows of Paradise," because he was not yet morally accountable.
