News channels: They are permissible in principle, but working in them is often not free from sin due to the Sharia violations they include, such as unveiled female presenters, music, promotion of movies, sports news that display awrahs, and hosting atheists. It is more fitting for a Muslim to avoid working in them to safeguard their religion and their earnings.
