Is it permissible to pray the two rak'ahs of Ar-Raghibah before Asr prayer in case of forgetfulness?

The time for Salatul Ragha'ib is between the appearance of true dawn (Fajr Sadiq) and the Fajr prayer. Regarding the permissibility of making it up if missed, jurists differed:

Hanafi school: They do not consider making it up permissible at all.

Maliki school: It is to be made up between sunrise and zawal (midday), and it is not permissible after Asr.

Shafi'i school: It is desirable to make it up at any time, so making it up after Asr is permissible.
