Is a woman's work as a computer engineer considered desirable and rewarded in Islamic law if she adheres to Sharia guidelines, does not neglect her family's rights, and contributes to charitable work?

It is most befitting for a woman and for the preservation of her religion that she remains in her home. However, if she needs to work, or if her society needs her to, she may undertake work that is compatible with her nature and femininity. She will be rewarded for this if she adheres to the Sharia guidelines and intends good intentions.
