The answer

The wife is sinful for the violations she committed against her husband. If the husband is of such standing, then calling the police on him, expelling him from his home unjustly, denying him his right to intimacy, and seeking divorce from him are all forbidden acts. Therefore, this woman must hasten to repent. The fact that the husband violated Sharia regarding her father and spoke to him with insulting words does not justify her committing all these heinous acts against her husband. If she insists on treating her husband with such conduct, she is a rebellious wife (nashiz) who deserves neither financial support nor housing. If her family is inciting her to this disobedience, they are partners with her in sin.
