What is the way to get rid of the desire for women and completely abstain from masturbation for those who cannot marry or extinguish their desire through fasting, and will Allah hold a person accountable for this innate desire?

The effective solution for quitting a bad habit is marriage, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are three whom Allah is duty-bound to help: the mujahid (fighter) in the cause of Allah, the slave who wants to pay off his freedom, and the one who marries seeking chastity." Until marriage becomes possible, it is recommended to practice abstinence in compliance with the words of Allah the Almighty: "And let those who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty." The questioner should strive against their soul and repel thoughts that lead to disobedience. If they fall into sin, they should immediately seek forgiveness, renew their repentance, and perform good deeds, in accordance with the words of Allah the Almighty: "And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves, remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know," and His words, peace and blessings be upon him: "And follow up a bad deed with a good one that will erase it."
