Is the wife entitled to claim the deferred dowry, the list of contents, and the compensation for pleasure if she requests a divorce due to her inability to continue living with him, knowing that the husband is retired?

If a wife requests a divorce due to an injustice inflicted upon her by her husband, she may refer the matter to the judiciary to divorce her from him if his harm to her is proven. In this case, she is entitled to her Mahr (dowry) and all rights of a divorced woman. However, if she requests a divorce for reasons other than harm, such as disliking him, she may seek Khula' (divorce at the wife's instance) in exchange for her Mahr or a portion of it, according to their agreement.
