What is the best solution for the Asr prayer for a woman experiencing irregular bleeding (mustahaḍah) who faces a tight break time due to exams?

According to the Hanbalis, a woman with istiḥāḍah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) is permitted to combine prayers. Thus, there is no harm in her combining the Dhuhr and Asr prayers as a jam' taqdīm (combining by bringing the second prayer forward). Alternatively, she can adopt the view of the Malikis, which states that continuous ritual impurity does not invalidate ablution, so she would perform ablution for the Dhuhr prayer and pray with that same ablution. This latter option is preferable to combining the prayers.
