What should I do for my wife to return home after she left for her family's house and asked for a divorce, knowing that I regret what I did?

Beating one's wife without a شرعي (religiously permissible) reason is an act of injustice and aggression. The husband must repent to Allah and seek forgiveness from his wife. This action permits the wife to seek a divorce. The husband must try to convince her of his repentance, and if she is not satisfied, she has the right to divorce. The husband should supplicate frequently and engage in sincere repentance.
