Can a girl who has not yet reached puberty see angels in the form of a girl, dressed in white, and roughly her age, and can angels take the form of a female, knowing that they are created from light?

Angels are created from light, and they have the ability to take on forms other than their own. A girl can see them in the form of humans, but it cannot be definitively asserted that those seen by some people are angels except through revelation from God. Jibril (Gabriel), peace be upon him, appeared to Mary, peace be upon her, in the form of a human, and angels came to Abraham and Lot, peace be upon them, in the form of men, and they were not recognized until they disclosed their identity. Similarly, Jibril used to come to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in different forms, including the form of Dihyah al-Kalbi or an Arab Bedouin, and some companions saw him. Angels have taken human forms to resolve disputes or for divine tests, and it has not been reported that angels took the form of females.
