Is it permissible to buy a cow with the intention of using it for the Aqiqah for three children (two males and one female), along with the intention of a vowed sheep, combining their monetary value in the purchase? And does the distribution of the Aqiqah meat differ from that of the vowed meat?

If a cow meets the conditions for udhiyah (sacrifice), it is permissible to offer it as aqiqah for seven people. There is no objection to combining a vow (nadhr) with aqiqah in a single cow, such that one-seventh of the cow is equivalent to one sheep. Distributing the meat of the aqiqah into three parts is recommended, similar to the udhiyah (one-third for eating, one-third for charity, and one-third for gifting). It is also permissible to distribute it into two halves, or to eat all of it, or to give all of it in charity. As for the meat of a vow (nadhr), it is distributed according to the intention of the one who made the vow. If no specific intention was made, it should be spent on charitable causes.
