Is it permissible for a girl who suffers from excessive flatulence and performs ablution for every prayer to go to the mosque for Tarawih prayers, and is it permissible in general for those with excuses to go to the mosque?

It is permissible for someone afflicted with chronic flatulence ( سلس ريح ) to enter the mosque. Similarly, it is permissible for a woman to perform Tarawih prayers in the mosque, provided certain conditions are met. Individuals with excuses, such as those afflicted with chronic flatulence, urinary incontinence, or post-partum bleeding, are permitted to enter the mosque so long as they are not in a state of major ritual impurity (junub).
