Is it permissible to perform the Tarawih prayer outside the mosque in a carpeted area, given the presence of a constant emission of gas and incomplete rows inside?

It is not permissible for someone afflicted with chronic flatulence to attend congregational prayer in the mosque if it causes discomfort to other worshipers. However, they will be rewarded for it if Allah knows their sincerity and eagerness to attend, and that the impediment is their dislike of causing harm to Muslims. A person praying outside the mosque while there are incomplete rows inside is contrary to the Sunnah and should be avoided, but their prayer is valid according to the correct opinion.
