The estate of the deceased is to be divided among his two sons and one daughter by way of ta’sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty’s saying: “Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females.” Thus, the estate is divided into five shares: two shares for each son, and one share for the daughter.
