Marital life can only be sustained through understanding, affection, and overlooking faults, and the husband is one of God's signs. It is impermissible for a wife to raise her voice at her husband or curse him, because reviling a Muslim is a transgression, and the husband's right is great.

As for the husband looking at women, it is absolutely forbidden and not a justification for the wife to curse him; rather, she should advise him. The wife should apologize to her husband and reconcile with him, even if she is not at fault, because the best of those who are estranged are those who initiate the greeting. One should turn to Allah with supplication to ask for a child.
