Does measuring the Oneness of the Self against the created entail anthropomorphism? And what is the interpretation of the attributes of Allah, the One, while He is outside of creation? And how did He practice them and with whom? And how do the attributes of Al-Wadud (the Most Loving) and Al-Irada (the Will) become active without the existence of an agent and an object? And what is the meaning of "Allah is One"? And is "the One" a number or a type?

The oneness of God is an innate truth, and it is affirmed by both reason and scripture. Reason prevents the existence of two gods due to the conflict of wills, and all prophets brought this message through scripture. In the holy books of Christians, there is evidence that proves the oneness of God and that Christ is not God. In John (17/3), it states: "And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent." Likewise, his supplication to his Lord in Matthew (27/46): "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" And his words in John (20/17): "I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God."

The doctrine of the Trinity is false. How can a sane person believe in three distinct beings, equal in power, yet being one person?! It cannot be discussed with sound logic. They describe God Almighty as the Creator of all things, so how can anything remain for the Son?! And if it is said that the Son created his mother, how can a mother give birth to her creator?!

It is not permissible for a Muslim to read the books of the People of the Book and books of innovation unless he is firmly grounded in knowledge, in order to discern the distortions and respond to misconceptions.
