How can a Muslim ensure he catches the hour of response on Friday, given the differing times of the adhan between various countries?

The time for the hour of response on Friday was previously determined to be between the Adhan of Friday prayer and the end of the prayer, or from after Asr until sunset. This is specific to each town and each mosque individually, due to the variation in prayer times and sermons between towns and mosques. This is what the scholars favored, ruling out the idea that the hour of response is for some people and not others. This ruling is similar to many other rulings, such as the time of the divine descent, the night vigil (Qiyam al-Layl), and the timings of prayer, abstinence (Imsak), and breaking the fast (Iftar), which vary according to time and place.
