Will the Hour be established on Friday in all countries, or in one country like Mecca, given the time difference between countries?

The Hour will be established on Friday. On this day, Adam was created, descended to Earth, was forgiven, and passed away. All creatures, except for the son of Adam, listen attentively in fear of it. This day differs from current days in its night and day, and its sun and moon, as the nature of the upper and lower worlds will change. This is a momentous matter known only to Allah, and one must believe in it and submit to it. Before its establishment, the solar system's order will be disrupted, with the sun rising from its west. This is the time when faith will be of no avail to those who did not believe previously. A servant should repent and do good deeds before it is too late.
