How does one respond to those who question the existence of an hour of responsiveness (ساعة استجابة) on Friday or before Iftar in Ramadan, wondering how it aligns with varying geographical time zones, and claiming that this would require God to be available for responsiveness 24 hours around the world?

All praise be to Allah Almighty. He has the right to distinguish whatever He wills of His creations, spaces, and times with whatever features He wills, due to the wisdom He knows. Allah Almighty says: "And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses. They have no choice." So His choice, glory be to Him, is a proof of His Lordship, His Oneness, and the perfection of His wisdom, knowledge, and power.

The variation in the times of answered supplications between different places on earth is not considered a valid argument. What is required of every Muslim is to strive in obeying Allah and to frequently supplicate to Him at the times that Allah has specified, and in the place where one is.

As for atheists, their aim is to sow discord, not guidance. It is advised not to argue with them except for those who are equipped with knowledge to refute their misconceptions.
