Does a soliloquy between a woman and her husband regarding breaking the fast in Ramadan invalidate the fast, especially given the occasional presence of intrusive thoughts about one's intention and the validity of the fast?

If a fasting person firmly intends to break their fast, their fast is invalidated and they must make up for it. However, if they hesitate about breaking the fast, or conditioned it on something that did not occur, then their fast is valid. It is permissible for a fasting person to embrace and kiss his wife if he is secure from engaging in sexual intercourse or ejaculation. It is not permissible for a woman to seek to cause her husband to fall into the forbidden, nor to consent to it; rather, she must forbid him and remind him of Allah. Leaving off reminding him if he is engaged in a sin is considered an impermissible intention.
