Is the virtue of Zamzam water mentioned in the Hadith restricted to its proximity to the well, or does its virtue remain even if it is transported to another country?

A number of authentic hadiths have been reported regarding the virtues of Zamzam water, among them the hadith narrated by Al-Tabarani from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best water on the face of the earth is Zamzam water. In it is food for the hungry and healing for the sick." This virtue is not restricted to it being within Mecca; rather, if it were transported to another country, that would not diminish its status. This is what Muslims have consistently done, both in the past and in the present.
