There is no religious impediment to storing Zamzam water for a long period as needed. It has many benefits, including healing the sick and satisfying the hungry. Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, stayed in Mecca for thirty days and nights with no food except Zamzam water. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "Indeed, it is blessed; it is food that satisfies."
