Is it permissible to register in the internal section designated for female students coming from internal regions, knowing that the student is a resident of the city, and is it permissible to take the monthly grant designated for resident students?

It is not permissible to register in the internal section if the condition for registration is that the students come from internal regions and you are not from such regions; due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The approval of one of the supervisors does not make it permissible for you if the applicable regulations do not grant her this authority.
