Is the story “An exact measure for an exact measure, and if you increase, the measurer will increase” authentic, and how does it reconcile with the Noble Verse “No bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another” if the punishment for a sin falls upon parties who did not sin?

The story mentioned in Tafsir Ruh al-Bayan was cited, and hadiths with a similar meaning were narrated, such as: "Whoever commits zina, zina will be committed against him, even with the walls of his house." However, these are not authenticated. There is no contradiction between punishing the fornicator by disgracing him and Allah's saying: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another," because the one among the fornicator's family who falls into disobedience is punished for his own sin, not for the sin of another. Zina is a grave sin and incurs Allah's wrath. Sincere repentance erases the effect of the sin, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
