Does disobeying the Amir in a Dawah group that goes forth in the path of Allah constitute disobedience to Allah Almighty, and what is the ruling concerning the Amir in the religion?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded the appointment of a leader for three or more people during travel. This is to unify opinions and avoid disagreement. This leadership is specific to travel, and obedience to the leader is obligatory unless he commands disobedience. Some scholars are of the view that obedience is limited to matters concerning the journey only.
