Is the financial situation of an insolvent person who cannot afford suitable housing for marriage considered an extreme necessity that permits usurious borrowing, especially since there are no Islamic alternatives, and he wishes to keep himself chaste?

Usury is a major sin, for which Allah has declared war on its perpetrator, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed him. It is not made permissible by the need for marriage or housing. Rather, it is only permissible in cases of extreme necessity, where life, limb, honor, or wealth is in severe danger, and the harm cannot be repelled except by committing the forbidden act to the extent that removes the harm, while permissible alternatives are available, such as fasting for those who cannot marry, exercising self-restraint, and being patient until Allah facilitates the matter.
