Is it permissible to marry a girl who listens to songs, uses vulgar language, has brothers who are also like that, and is associated with an immodest friend?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided us to choose a woman of religious commitment and good character. It is also commendable to choose one from a noble lineage so that the offspring may be distinguished. It is permissible to marry a chaste Muslim woman, even if she is not devout or of noble lineage, bearing in mind that a girl's falling into some sins does not necessarily preclude her from being described as religiously committed.
