Are the actions that took place after burning the sparrow's glued wings considered magic? And does burning the magical work nullify its effect?

Magic is nullified by erasing it if it is written, and by undoing and untying its knots while reciting the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), then disposing of it by burying or discarding it. It is narrated in Sahih Muslim that Aisha said: "Why didn't you burn it?" in the story of the Prophet's magic (peace be upon him). Although Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar stated that the wording is an anomaly (shadhdhah), burning magic is permissible as a means of getting rid of it, as mentioned by Ibn Baz, and it is preferred to recite the Mu'awwidhat when burning it.

If magic is burned, that is sufficient to nullify its effect. Ruqyah Sharia (Islamic exorcism) and regular recitation of adhkar (remembrances of Allah) are recommended for protection. As for sacrificing an animal to treat magic, there is no religious proof for it, and if it is offered to other than Allah, such as an offering to jinn, it is major shirk (polytheism). Calamities may not be related to magic, but rather they are trials from Allah that require patience.
