What is the wisdom behind limiting the parts for Tayammum to the face and hands?

The wisdom behind many rulings becomes apparent to people, but sometimes it remains hidden as a trial for them, to ensure their submission to Allah through obedience, whether they understand the wisdom or not. Therefore, a servant must submit to Allah's command and judgment. If the wisdom of the Shariah in its commands and prohibitions becomes clear to him, it will lead him to greater compliance and submission. Tayammum (dry ablution) is specifically performed on the face and hands, excluding the other limbs of wudu, because Arabs do not apply dust to their heads except for grief or an unexpected event, and their feet are naturally in contact with dust morning and evening. It was also said: because dust on the head is a sign of separation, and Allah is the Beloved of the عارفون (those who have deep knowledge of Allah).
