Does the buyer have the right to demand the annulment of a commercial shop purchase contract or compensation for loss, in the event of discovering that the shop lacks a commercial license and has a closure order, and that the seller concealed this information and sold the shop at a much higher price than its real value, with the seller refusing to return the sale or compensate?

If the loss of the commercial license and the closure order affect the price of the shop, then you have the right to annul the sale or keep the shop and demand compensation for the defect, based on the statement of Ibn Qudamah: "If one of them finds a defect in what he bought that he did not know of, he has the right to return it or take compensation for the defect." As for buying at a price higher than usual, the option is not established unless the increase is excessive by custom, as mentioned by Al-Bahuti in "Al-Rawd Al-Murbi'". In case of dispute and lack of mutual agreement, the judiciary will decide the matter.
