Is it only the one who committed adultery with her, or any adulterer, for whom the adulteress is permanently forbidden, based on what is stated in Al-Muntaha regarding the saying of Aisha, Al-Bara' bin Azib, and Ibn Mas'ud about the permanent prohibition for the adulterer with the adulteress?

It has been previously explained by some Companions that it is impermissible for two fornicators to marry, and this likely refers to the period before repentance. As for the statement attributed to Aisha and Al-Bara' that a fornicator may marry a fornicatress other than the one with whom he committed fornication, this statement has not been found.
