Is a woman who performed the Tawaf of Umrah without Wudu, then completed her Umrah and took off her Ihram, still considered to be in a state of Ihram?

Whoever enters into the state of ihram for a Hajj or Umrah ritual is obligated to complete it, and it is not permissible for him to exit from it before its completion, due to the Almighty's saying: "And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah." This is an agreed-upon matter. Therefore, whoever exits from his ritual before completing it, his exiting is not recognized, and he is deemed to remain in his state of ihram, having all the rulings of ihram until he completes his ritual in the prescribed manner.
