Is anything incumbent upon one who intended to perform Umrah and donned the Ihram from Abha to Jeddah by plane, but was unable to go to Makkah due to a booking problem beyond his control?

If you intended to perform 'Umrah without intending to enter the ritual, then your state of ihram has not begun.

However, if you intended to enter the ritual of 'Umrah, you must complete it, and it is not permissible to annul it, based on the Almighty's saying: "And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah."

You must refrain from the prohibitions of ihram until you perform the 'Umrah. As for what was committed from the prohibitions of ihram before exiting the state of ihram: whatever was in the category of destruction (such as cutting hair and trimming nails) incurs one fidyah (expiation) for each type. And whatever was in the category of luxury (such as wearing sewn clothes and using perfume) incurs nothing upon the doer if done out of ignorance. And sexual intercourse done out of ignorance does not invalidate the 'Umrah according to many scholars.
