What are the consequences for someone who traveled for Umrah but was unable to perform it due to illness, committed prohibitory acts while in Ihram, and then returned to their country?

For someone who has entered a state of ihram for Hajj or Umrah, it is obligatory to complete it, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah." Therefore, the questioner is still considered to be in a state of ihram for his Umrah, and he must refrain from all prohibitions of ihram and return immediately to Mecca to complete it. The prohibitions he committed out of ignorance, if they were related to luxury (such as wearing tailored clothes and using perfume), then there is nothing in them. However, if they were related to acts of destruction (such as shaving and cutting nails), then for each type of such act, there is a fidyah (expiation), and the fidyah is one for a repeated prohibition of the same kind. If he is unable to return to Mecca due to illness, he is considered to be in the situation of one who is muhsar (hindered), and he may then exit his ihram and sacrifice a hady (sacrificial animal) within the Haram precincts, and he may appoint someone to do this on his behalf.
