Does the impermissibility of interest invalidate the reward for sponsoring an orphan, given that the loan with interest was out of necessity to purchase a car?

Engaging in usury is a grave error; it is one of the major sins through which Allah eradicates blessings. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. Buying a car is not a necessity that permits dealing in usury; rather, it is a need. Necessity permits the forbidden only if refraining from it would cause harm to a person. One must repent to Allah Almighty, seek forgiveness for this great sin, regret it, and resolve never to return to it again. Sponsoring an orphan has a great reward and is unrelated to usury.
