Is continuing university studies considered a mistake if it causes obsessive whispers (waswās) that call for abandoning them, despite the desire to complete them for religious and worldly goals, and while observing the Sharia-compliant dress code?

Studying for women is permissible in itself if it adheres to the Islamic guidelines, such as covering the face and hands with the niqab, staying away from situations of temptation, and avoiding seclusion with men or speaking to them in a soft, alluring manner. It is not permissible to obey parents in abandoning the niqab because it is a sin. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator." If studying leads to something forbidden, then it is obligatory to abandon it.
