Is the supplication for entering upon one's wife recited every time a man withdraws, or every time he wishes to resume intercourse after ejaculation?

The aforementioned supplication is to be recited before or at the intention of marital intimacy, and it is: "In the name of Allah. O Allah, keep Satan away from us, and keep Satan away from what You bestow upon us [as offspring]." If the spouses recite it and are blessed with a child, Satan will never harm that child. It is prescribed to repeat it upon resuming intercourse, and it should be recited in a manner that the person can hear themselves.
