Bread made from dough that secretes ethyl alcohol from yeast when placed in the oven is not considered unlawful (haram), because the alcohol evaporates and nothing remains of it in the bread. And the bread we eat today is lawful (halal) and not unlawful (haram), unless its composition contains prohibited elements, or something has made it an intoxicant.
