Will the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) parents enter Paradise?

Many have delved into the issue of whether the Prophet’s parents (peace and blessings be upon him) were brought back to life to embrace Islam. Some have affirmed this, but it has not been authentically reported by any hadith scholar. Ibn al-Jawzi and other scholars deemed it a fabricated hadith due to its contradiction of Islamic law, which states that one who dies as a disbeliever will not benefit from faith after resurrection, nor if they believe at the moment of witnessing [the truth]. This is refuted by Allah’s saying: {and he dies while he is a disbeliever} [Quran 2:217], and by the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) statement: “I sought permission from my Lord to ask forgiveness for my father, but He did not permit me.”

Had this incident occurred, it would have been something that multiple reasons would necessitate its transmission, as it would be an extraordinary event from two aspects: the resurrection of the dead and belief after death. This report contradicts what is authentically reported in Sahih Muslim, where the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding his father and mother that they are in Hellfire.

Among them are those who said that the Prophet’s parents (peace and blessings be upon him) fall under the ruling of the people of the fatrah (people who lived in an interval between two prophets).
