Suicide is forbidden and impermissible. Masturbation is forbidden and entails harms. Vowing to abandon it after being cured of homosexuality is considered a conditional vow, and breaking it occurs when committing the disobedience after being cured. However, before being cured, it is not broken, and one must repent from homosexuality and masturbation.
