The mother: One-sixth due to the presence of offspring (daughters) and a number of siblings, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, each of them the sixth of what he left if he had a child," and "But if he had brothers, then for his mother is the sixth." The daughters: Two-thirds because they are multiple and there is no 'asabah (male agnate who inherits the remainder), based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The full brothers: What remains after the shares of the mother and daughters, by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), based on the Prophet's saying (peace be upon him): "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male agnate." The paternal half-brother: Nothing, as he is excluded by the full brothers. The maternal half-sister: Nothing, as she is excluded by the daughters.

The root of the estate is six, and it corrects to ninety shares: The mother gets 15 shares, the daughters get 60 shares (10 shares for each), and the full brothers get 15 shares (3 shares for each).
