Is raising one's voice with the salaam during the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) part of the Sunnah?

It is Sunnah for the Imam to raise his voice when saying the Taslim (salutation of peace) after the prostrations of forgetfulness (Sujud Al-Sahw), because it was reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said the Takbir (Allahu Akbar) before the Taslim after the prostrations of forgetfulness, and then he said the Taslim. This indicates that he made the congregants hear him. The prostrations of forgetfulness are two prostrations, like those of prayer, in their obligatory and recommended acts. Among the recommended acts is for the Imam to raise his voice when saying the Taslim. As for the congregant and the one praying alone, it is not Sunnah for them to raise their voices when saying the Takbir for the prostrations of forgetfulness or its Taslim.
